"Sew" grateful

Today I want to take the time to join in with
A Heartfelt Thank You To Art

(a wonderful idea put by Stephey at Marked by the Muse)

Thank you for giving me

gifts              love
inspiration       community
connection to other artistic souls
a reminder to take time for myself
excitement for trying new things
the ability to express myself
a way to share my heart
a happy heart

I am also "sew" grateful today because I got a new sewing machine
this weekend which means more fun and adventure!

Hello Jen!
This is a wonderful post! I agree with Baxter's Mom - i love how you made a piece of art with your words, a heart! So creative! My heart feels similar to the one you've expressed especially the connection to other artistic souls, a way to share my heart. hugs to you!
All My Best, stephey

Congratulations on the new sewing machine! I truly understand the excitement, the fun and adventure. Though sewing is not something I do as often as years past it still is something I really enjoy.

Your thank you to art is so wonderful. When you mention that 'connection to other artistic souls' heart was singing, if that can be possible. Nurturing those connections helps me stay in touch with that artist within. They are teaching me so much.

Glad I found your blog! Have a great week!

Dear Jen-I love your he(art)-full thank you to rat! What a wonderful reminder of all the amazing + delicious gifts it brings into all of our lives! Its' so funny that you are sewing too-I (for some strange reason) have also been sewing a few things this past while. I say strange because I can't sew all that well!Just pillows etc for Tara's nursery. There are so many playful + wonderful prints out there now!-Soraya
